These two TED Talks could be your answer to life..

These two TED Talks could be your answer to life..

Yesterday, I watched two TED Talks* on YouTube that changed my total way of thinking.

Here’s what I learned:

1. Fake it until you BECOME it

Amy Cuddy reveals how many things in life can be changed by faking that you are something until you become that thing, sometimes conquering fears too. Now I’m not talking here about pretending you have a PHD but I am referring to conquering your fear that you are not talented enough to become a PHD, when clearly you passed exams, it’s about self-doubt.. doubts about your talent, your journey in life. It is a whole new way of looking at things and has a secret ingredient. The photograph I attached to this blog will give you a clue. I won’t say more but I strongly encourage you to watch the talk which I will link to the videos on my website to make it easier for you

2. Your Why Is the Key to your SUCCESS.

I’m not referring to your feeling of passion about what you do, I’m referring to the reason you do it. This can be applied to all areas of your life but it has to be thought of BEFORE you decide What you want to do and the How to do it. It sounds simple.. we all know you have to have a vision but many people have visions and are not successful. What makes a vision succeed and others fail? Why did Steve Jobs and his company Apple do that made them so popular? That is answered by Steve Sinek in another amazing TED Talk.

The reason and the WHY of telling you about these two talks is because I truly believe they can change your life like they did mine yesterday. You will need to be in a quiet place to watch them, they are amusing and liberating.

I would love some feedback on your view of them.. MAYBE they will change the way you think and are looking at things, maybe you already know the solutions they provide. Please let me know which part resonated with you and what you learned. Again, both talks are on my video page.
